Turning Something (Sphere) Inside Out

For all the people on the interwebz who are into mathematical and scientific (such as the 11 dimensions and Zeno's Motion Paradoxes).

Just How can someone turn a geometrical 3-D figure inside out without making a hole in it so we could do it physically? This way is possible, but mathematicians have figured out some time ago how to do it, but of course, with abstract material:

Elastic Material that can bend and twist (but cannot rip or it will be non-existant)

And can easily bend through itself:
